Customer reviews
Your satisfied customers do not leave reviews, not because they refuse, but because nobody asks them at the right moment. FastSolve sets up the page that collects them on your site, the link that asks for them, and the display that puts them to work.
This service creates no review and deletes none against your will. It organises the collection of what your customers already think, and leaves you in control of what gets published.
Word of mouth that leaves no trace
The problem is almost never satisfaction. It is the trace.
- A customer thanks you on the phone, or at the end of the job. Three days later, nothing of it is visible to the next one.
- You thought of asking one customer for a review, once, two weeks too late. They never replied.
- Your site shows three testimonials written four years ago, with no date and no name, and nobody believes them.
- A prospect hesitates between you and a competitor showing forty reviews. You have nothing to set against that.
What the work covers
1. The submission page. A short form, on your site and at your address. A rating, a comment, a first name, nothing more. It is reached through a link or a QR code that you hand over in person, on an invoice or in a message.
2. Moderation before publication. No review appears without your approval. You see them arrive in a simple interface, and you publish, set aside, or reply in public.
3. The display on the site. A dedicated page and a strip showing the latest published reviews, with the date and the average rating, fitted into the rest of your site without a visual break.
4. The markup for search engines. The code that describes your reviews to search engines is put in place properly. On a product page it makes the stars eligible for rich results. For a company talking about itself, Google has not shown them since 2019, and we will not promise you otherwise.
What this service does not do
- It does not write reviews for you, and it offers no way to buy any. An invented review is eventually spotted, and it costs more in credibility than it ever returns.
- It does not make stars appear in Google for your company. Since 2019, reviews a business hosts on its own site about itself are excluded from rich results. The markup remains useful for product pages.
- It does not publish on Google, Trustpilot or social networks in your place. Those platforms require the review to come from the customer, from their own account. We can however place the link to your listing where it will be seen.
- It does not chase your customers on its own in the base version. The link is ready, you are the one who circulates it. Automatic sending is possible, see the question below.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the setup cost?
The amount depends on the number of display locations and on the integration with your existing site. A submission page, a review page and a strip on the home page are not the same work as an integration product by product on a shop. The price is set after the scoping stage. As a guide, excluding VAT, most set-ups fall between 600 and 2,000 euros. A product-by-product integration on an online shop can reach 3,500 euros.
Can the invitations be sent automatically?
Yes, as an option. The tool can send the submission link after a job or an order, from your customer list or your shop. It is not in the base scope, because it means configuring sending from your own domain name, which is scoped separately.
What happens if I receive a negative review?
Nothing is published without your approval, so you decide. We advise publishing mixed reviews together with your reply: a page where everything is perfect inspires less trust than a page showing how you react when things go wrong.
Do the reviews belong to me?
Yes. They are stored in your database, on your hosting, and you can export them at any time. You depend on no platform that could close access or change its pricing.
What about data protection?
A review contains personal data, at the very least a first name. The form collects explicit consent before publication, asks only for what is needed, and the person can request removal. The matching notice is added to your privacy page.
